Which lockers fit the Master Lock 1630?
The 1630 is designed for standard lift-handle lockers with right-side hinges. Hinge side alone is not enough: check the latch, mounting arrangement and door thickness against the manufacturer’s requirements. The 1631 is the related left-hinged model.
How does it differ from the 1670?
The 1630 has automatic locking; the 1670 uses a manual deadbolt for its specified applications. Review the 1630 vs. 1670 comparison before treating one as a replacement for the other.
Who changes the combination?
The model has five preset combinations and uses control-key capability for authorized administration. It is not a student-set arbitrary combination system. Keep control charts and keys restricted to authorized staff.
